A marine biology major turned mold expert, Rick is a talented mold inspector with decades of experience serving clients in the Greater Austin Area and throughout Texas.

Rick has a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a focus in Microbiology and Chemistry. His previous work also includes foundation and windstorm inspections, methane monitoring, ground water testing, and Phase I environmental site assessments. This has provided him with a solid overall background which he brings to every job. He has performed thousands of residential, government, and commercial property inspections, including months-long projects following Hurricane Rita, and Hurricane Harvey.

Rick is a long-time contributor to various non-profits and artistic communities. When he isn’t working, he likes to go fishing, volunteer with his family, and do woodworking and tinkering in his shed.

Chantell Kirwyn

A natural-born entrepreneur, problem-solver, and aspiring $1,000-tipper of struggling waitstaff (she is always looking for ways to help people in big ways!) Chantell has spent much of her career working with nonprofits and companies in the public health space.

Coupled with a unique perspective gained from living overseas, Chantell carries sensitivity and a drive to help others into everything she does. This fuels her passion for building and growing a company that can work with local charities to better serve the community.

Chantell is a Jane of All Trades and spends her free time reading, gardening, and creating art with her husband, Rick, and their three children in South Austin.
